Review: Ordered flowers to be delivered for a funeral, due to lockdown everything was done over the telephone or messenger, I asked for a photograph of said flowers which I paid a lot of money for, the photograph for me was proof of purchase, this photo was never sent, I messaged numerous times with no reply, I called the shop, the phone was picked up and put back down. I eventually received a message to say, sorry I forgot to take a picture, very bad customer service and I have no proof the flowers I purchased were delivered
