Review: Flowers bought by daughter for Mother’s Day, they were picked up on Saturday 29th and half of them are wilting today. That’s one day of looking good. I believe they weren’t cheap so we won’t be using this florist again

Review: Placed £85 bouquet order via interflora. Receive email saying florist won’t have stock until Tuesday. Reply explaining recipient at work Tuesday but neighbour will take flowers. Receive reply saying recipient collected flowers Friday….i didn’t order until Saturday? I reply friend did not collect. (Friend didn’t know about flowers surprise ruined). Florist replies (Joe) saying flowers delivered to neighbour. I reply no flowers at neighbours. Florist replies they only have an order for neighbour not in my name or my friends name and tells me to contact interflora….you couldn’t make it up. I’m on chemo counties away and simply wanted to wish friends a happy engagement. Now out of pocket almost £100 ….
It transpires it was the neighbours birthday Friday so I’m guessing florist has confused orders but the fact the till is up £85 and the unwillingness to sort it out is crazy. We obviously have different order numbers.
