Review: Really disappointed with the flower arrangement wanted them for an 18th birthday when I called on the thursday I said I needed them for Saturday the young lady’s reply was they had a wedding on and wouldn’t be able to do them , then she rang I presume was the owner who said yes they could . I told her what it was for and the colours my grandson wanted for he’s girlfriend he wanted a box as the base I thought a hand tie would be more suitable but the lady said the boxes were younger so I’ve seen them in florists before and the were nice so I went with her recommendation . Went to pick them up could see they were waiting to close the flowers were there as soon as I saw them I thought the style of this arrangement was something you would give your grandma , it seemed no thought had gone into who or what occasion it was for it had just been last minute job , when I sent a picture to my grandson I knew he was really disappointed with them especially for the price of £35. I felt really guilty as I had ordered them and ended up going to a supermarket where I picked up a beautiful arrangement for £20 . Won’t be using this florist again
